How to Make Your Room Available:
STEP 1
Familiarize yourself with the Rental Agreement. This contract is provided by RoomLinks and is the agreement between you and the client. A separate contract between you and RoomLinks will outline our agreement and can be viewed here.
STEP 2
Fill out our registration form and a RoomLinks representative will contact you shortly.
STEP 3
RoomLinks will visit your office to verify size, layout, available equipment and any other details concerning the room. Photos will be taken to complete your file.
STEP 4
Review your file. We will send you the completed listing for verification. Once verified, we will make your listing available online and you will soon start receiving e-mail notification of bookings!
STEP 5
Keep us up-to-date with any changes in availability, equipment, or condition of the room.
Please ensure that someone is available to admit the client into the space and lock-up if necessary.
